The Watford base of Movement in Worship ran a half day workshop on “Moving in Paint”, in St Albans. It was such a great workshop that was so freeing and fun. We moved, we played, we were inspired by scripture, rolled in paint but ultimately connected with God in a deep way. It was very releasing to throughout the rules and be creative with how we explored and responded in paint, movement and sound. It pushed us out of our comfort zone but into God’s arms.
