Banners & Movement in Worship – Edinburgh, Scotland
This inspiring, hands-on, practical workshop will explore creative movement in worship with and without the use of banners (or flags) and other ‘props’ as an expression of worship.
Suitable for both for beginners and those with experience who wish to develop their skills, both male and female are welcome.
The workshop will also briefly outline the biblical basis for the use of banners and will give you an opportunity to become more confident and proficient in using them in your worship.
A broad range of topics will be covered including:
- creative movement in worship
- dance and movement in the church
- banners and the prophetic
- the role of banners in both individual and corporate prayer times as well as the use of colours
- being sensitive to the Holy Spirit in dance and banner waving
- scriptural basis.

Cost
£ 20 per person / £30 per married couple
£ 15 for unemployed, students and OAPs
