Creative Movement in Worship – Online 19 Sept 2020

We continue to pilot our online workshops, and are running our “Creative Movement” workshop online again. You can join from anywhere in the world using your laptop or tablet.

In this half-day workshop we will explore the use of creative movement and dance to help us use our bodies as an instrument of worship. This workshop explores the foundation of all we do in Movement in Worship.  This workshop is suitable for all levels and abilities. It includes:

• a time of introduction and warm up,
• a time of biblical teaching,
• practical exercises to explore the use of the body to worship,
• a time of worship to consolidate the concepts learned.

The workshop runs from 4pm to 7:30pm UK time (8am to 11:30am USA Pacific time) on Saturday 19th September 2020. Compare to your timezone here.

The cost of this workshop is £15 per person. Please pay online (in Pounds Sterling) after filling in the form below.

Please wear something you can move in comfortably, and find a space at home where you have room to move. Have a glass of water handy too.

You will need a laptop or tablet with Zoom installed so that you can participate. A bigger screen on a laptop will make it easier for you to see the teachers and everyone else. Connection details will be sent to registered participants by email the day before the workshop.
