Fusion: Movement and Word Workshop – Brighton, UK

This is a new workshop that we have designed to fuse movement and word.

Incarnation – word made flesh – echoes through everything we do in Movement in Worship.  Words shape our movement, and movement can shape our words.  In this new workshop we’ll explore the life-bringing power of words and ways in which we can use them to help us worship with all that we are.  We’ll step into the mystery of poetry, we’ll learn from the prophets and from each other.  We’ll write, we’ll speak, we’ll move, we’ll create something new and unique together.

Kirsty Hallett and Kat Quinn a newly licensed MIW teacher who has lots of experience in writing and performing spoken word will be teaching and facilitating the time.  It’s suitable for ages and abilities – just come eager to creatively explore and to worship God!
