UK Tribe Gathering Weekend

We just love gathering together to creatively worship God, connect with one another, and spend time making new friends and catching up with old ones.  This year we invite you to set aside a weekend with us in the Sussex countryside location of Dalesdown, near Horsham.

Dalesdown is set in beautiful surroundings with amazing views of Chanctonbury Ring and the South Downs.  Staying indoors or camping options are both available.

On site there is also a lounge, fire pit, catering kitchen, children’s play area, adventure trail, Labyrinth, basketball, netball, five a side football, mini golf and a large games field, so there is lots to explore and do.

The weekend will include times to gather around meals together, with food being included.  On Saturday there will be a variety of teaching options encouraging us to go deeper and be stretched and expanded by God in a variety of ways.   If you are an MIW Collective Member, this will also include our Annual Collective Gathering.  On Sunday we will worship together and share lunch before leaving for home.

We would really love you to join us, so here are the options:

• Join us for the whole weekend on your own or bring your family.
• Join us on Saturday for the whole day and if you are able to stay for an evening meal and evening worship.
• Join us online on Saturday afternoon for the Collective Gathering (members only).

Costs & Payment Options

Summarised below are the various payment options.  All options include food.  Please note you will need to pay a minimum of £30 deposit per person at the time of
booking (non-refundable). However, if you choose the Early Bird option, payment in full is required at the time of booking.  Please calculate the total cost for your booking, make payment and then complete your booking on the same day. This will enable us to match your payment with your booking.  Payment can be made by PayPal or Bank Transfer.

ADULT OPTIONS:

1) Whole Weekend Adult EARLY BIRD including accommodation/camping (for booking made before 8th August):  £95
NOTE: Full payment must be paid in full at time of booking.

2) Whole Weekend Adult including accommodation/camping (for bookings made after 8th August):  £120
NOTE: £30 deposit required at time of booking, balance paid by 5th September.  BOOKING DEADLINE:  19th September 2023

3) Whole Weekend Adult, no accommodation:  £60
NOTE: £30 deposit required at time of booking, balance paid by 5th September.  BOOKING DEADLINE:  26th September 2023

4) Saturday only Adult: £35 Lunch and dinner is included, no accommodation/campaign.
NOTE: Full payment must be paid in full at time of booking.  BOOKING DEADLINE:  26th September 2023

CHILD OPTIONS:
Children aged 0-2 years go free.

a) Whole Weekend Child (aged 7-12 years): £60 with or without accommodation.
NOTE: £30 deposit required at time of booking, balance paid by 5th September.

b) Whole Weekend Child (aged 3-6 years):  £35 with or without accommodation.
NOTE: £30 deposit required at time of booking, balance paid by 5th September.

c) Saturday only Child (aged 7-12 years): £30

d) Saturday only Child (aged 3-6 years): Free
